1. Nature of Services

UniCares provides home healthcare support, coordination and facilitation services only.

We arrange qualified and verified healthcare professionals (such as doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and caregivers) to provide services at the patient’s home. UniCares does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical services.

Unicares does not directly provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or clinical services. All medical care, advice, and treatment decisions are solely the responsibility of the individual healthcare professional attending the patient.

2. Role Limitation

Unicares acts only as a service coordinator or acts solely as a facilitator.

  • Healthcare professionals are independent practitioners.
  • Unicares verifies credentials to the best of its ability before empanelment. The professional-client relationship exists directly between the patient and the assigned healthcare provider.
  • Any medical opinion, prescription, or treatment plan is issued by the attending professional, not by Unicares.
  • All medical consultation, diagnosis, treatment, nursing care, physiotherapy, testing, or ambulance services are provided by independent, registered healthcare professionals or partner organizations.

3. No Medical Liability

  • Unicares shall not be held responsible for medical decisions, outcomes, complications, or treatment results.
  • Any dissatisfaction regarding diagnosis, treatment, or conduct of the professional must be addressed with the concerned provider.
  • All medical responsibility, clinical decisions, and treatment outcomes lie solely with the respective healthcare professional.
  • UniCares shall not be liable for: Medical negligence / Treatment outcomes / Delays or complications
Important Notice

In emergencies, patients are advised to seek immediate hospital care when necessary.

4. Service Availability

Services are subject to:

  • Professional availability
  • Location feasibility
  • Payment confirmation

UniCares does not guarantee service availability at all times.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments may be required in advance
  • Refunds (if any) depend on service status and partner policy
  • UniCares is not responsible for disputes related to professional fees

  • Completed services are non-refundable
